Carmel, Esq., to represent respondent-appellant on the aforesaid appeals, And respondent-appellant having moved to have Randall C. Carmel, Esq., relieved as assigned counsel and to permit Larry S. Bachner, Esq., to prosecute the aforesaid appeals on respondent-appellant's behalf, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted only to the

extent of striking the designation of assigned counsel Randall C. Carmel, Esq., as counsel to prosecute respondent-appellant's
