Motion by the respondents Loft E, LLC, and Robert Teitelbaum to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 29, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the time of the respondents Loft E, LLC, and Robert Teitelbaum to serve and file a brief is enlarged until March 26, 2018, and the brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
