Motion by the appellant on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated June 5, 2015, and June 8, 2015, respectively, inter alia, to impose a sanction upon the respondents' counsel and to waive the motion filing fee. Cross motion by the respondent Fiden & Norris, LLP, to direct the appellant to make further motions concerning this appeal by order to show cause.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the cross motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to waive the motion filing fee is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the cross motion is denied.
