Renewed motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated September 19, 2017, for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person, and for the assignment of counsel.

ORDERED that the motion is denied, with leave to renew upon proper papers, including the appellant's affidavit setting forth the value of the real property owned by the appellant and the amount of all debts encumbering the real property.
