Motion by the appellant to extend the time to serve and file a replacement brief on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered June 22, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appellant shall serve and file the replacement brief on or before April 13, 2018; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the respondent may serve and file a replacement brief on or before June 18, 2018.
