DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se to enlarge the time to serve and file a supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered September 8, 2015, and to enlarge the judgment roll to include certain material.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch which is to enlarge the time to serve and file a pro se supplemental brief is granted, and the appellant's supplemental brief shall be served and filed on or before May 14, 2018; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant shall file nine copies of the supplemental brief and serve one copy on the District Attorney; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the judgment roll to include certain material is denied as unnecessary with respect to the jury notes and verdict sheet and otherwise denied without prejudice to renew upon proper papers specifying the material sought and the issues to be raised by the material sought.
