Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay his eviction from the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated November 6, 2017. Cross motion by the respondent, inter alia, to preclude the appellant from filing further motions concerning this appeal without prior approval of the Court.
