Motion is granted to the extent of accepting Mr. Ferziger's supplemental report and authorizing Rubin Ferziger: to accept and deposit into the receiver's account a $500 client check to disburse that $500 and the $16,004.56, that Mr. Ferziger is currently holding in the receiver account to the Lawyers' Fund for Client Protection; and to pay the receiver a total of $6,737.51 (which includes expenses). No opinion. All concur.
