DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action and to enjoin the respondent or anyone acting on its behalf from interfering with the appellant's possession of the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 15, 2017.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is dismissed for failure to provide proof of service of the motion in accordance with the terms of the order to show cause.
