Motion by the appellant to consolidate an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 3, 2015, with appeals from two orders of the same court dated March 4, 2017, and May 25, 2017, respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeal from the order dated December 3, 2015, will be calendared together with the appeals from the orders dated March 4, 2017, and May 25, 2017, and will be argued or submitted on the same date.
