Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of William A. Quinlan, Esq., dated February 27, 2018, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affirmation of Margaret E. Sommerset, Esq., February 28, 2018, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the first ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered February 20, 2018, is hereby amended by deleting the date February 28, 2018, and inserting in its place the date March 27, 2018, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the second paragraph of the order of this Court entered February 20, 2018, is hereby amended by deleting the date March 15, 2018, and inserting in its place the date April 11, 2018, and

It is further ORDERED that the appeals are removed from the Court's day calendar for April 3, 2018, and added to the term of this Court commencing May 14, 2018.

Memorandum: No further extensions of time to file and serve respondent's brief will be granted.
