| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated September 19, 2017, in effect, to amend so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated , as conditioned the stay of enforcement of an order of commitment of the same court dated December 20, 2017, upon the perfection of the appeal on or before February 22, 2018, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is, in effect, to amend so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 24, 2018, as conditioned the stay enforcement of an order of commitment of the same court dated December 20, 2017, upon the perfection of the appeal on or before February 22, 2018, is granted, and the decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 24, 2018, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraphs thereof the date "February 22, 2018," and substituting therefor the date "April 3, 2018"; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extensions of time to comply with the condition that the appeal be perfected by a date certain shall be granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal is denied.
