On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on application of this Court dated February 21, 2018, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated July 25, 2017, is amended by deleting from the preamble and decretal paragraphs thereof the words "the appellant Somers Orthopaedic Surgery & Sports Medicine Group, PLL" and substituting therefor the words "the appellants Stuart T. Styles and Somers Orthopaedic Surgery & Sports Medicine Group, PLL."
