Motion by the respondents Jude Jean, Ninel Mayman, and CNR Health Care Network, Inc., to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 12, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the time for the respondents Jude Jean, Ninel Mayman, and CNR Health Care Network, Inc., to serve and file a brief is enlarged until April 18, 2018, and the brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
