Motion by the appellant-respondent on an appeal and a cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated July 27, 2016, inter alia, for leave to reargue her prior motion to dismiss the cross appeal, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 29, 2017, to disqualify counsel for GMAC Mortgage, LLC, and to direct GMAC Mortgage, LLC, to produce certain documents.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
