It is Ordered that the tenants-respondents motion seeking to dismiss the appeal for failure to timely procure the clerk's return is denied. Petitioner-appellant shall perfect the appeal for the September 2018 term - the filing deadline for which is July 10, 2018. In the event of petitioner-appellant's failure to comply with this Court's order, tenants-respondents may move on five days notice for an order dismissing the appeal.
