On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 15, 2018, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Surrogate's Court, Kings County, dated October 19, 2017, is amended by deleting from the second paragraph thereof the words "the papers filed in opposition thereto" and substituting therefor the words " no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto."
