ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 8, 2018, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated June 8, 2017, is amended by deleting from the first decretal paragraph thereof the date "January 31, 2018," and substituting therefor the date "April 13, 2018."
