Motion by Veeramuthu P. Gounder leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, dated May 17, 2017, which determined appeals from two orders of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered August 15, 2017, and January 15, 2015, respectively, and a judgment of the same court entered December 11, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
