Respondents having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a brief with respect to Julie Curtis and Mid-Erie Counseling Treatment Center's appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Erie on July 6, 2017,Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Louis Rosado, Esq., dated March 5, 2018, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion, with respect to briefs in response to the appeals taken by Julie Curtis and Mid-Erie Counseling Treatment Center, is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered March 5, 2018, is hereby amended by deleting the date March 12, 2018, and inserting in its place the date March 30, 2018, and
It is further ORDERED that appellants Julie Curtis and Mid-Erie Counseling Treatment Center's reply briefs, if any, shall be filed and served on or before April 16, 2018.
