It is Ordered that the motion of the respondent-appellant seeking to reinstate the stay of the enforcement of the final judgment and warrant of eviction is denied, without prejudice, to respondent appellant renewing this
motion after the deposit of the sum of $19,315.32 by the respondent with the Clerk of the Civil Court. The New York City Department of Human Resources Administration is directed to deposit the sum of $8,274.00 with the Clerk of the Civil Court on the respondent-appellant's behalf. Said monies shall be deposited with the Clerk of the Civil Court on or before April 9, 2018.
It is further Ordered that the payee on all checks and/or money orders shall be designated pursuant to the instructions of the Clerk of the Civil Court.
