DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondent-appellant for leave to serve and file a supplemental appendix containing certain material on an appeal from a decision and order (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated February 29, 2016, and on an appeal and a cross appeal from a judgment of the same court entered August 5, 2016. Application by the appellant-respondent pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a supplemental reply brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the respondent-appellant may serve and file a supplemental appendix on or before April 16, 2018, containing the appellant-respondent's 2014 tax return, and the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the application is granted, the appellant-respondent's time to serve and file a supplemental reply brief is enlarged until May 16, 2018, and the supplemental reply brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the respondent-appellant shall serve and file a supplemental reply brief, if any, on or before May 31, 2018.
