An order of this Court having been entered on November 1, 2016 (M-4774), granting defendant leave to prosecute, as a poor person the appeal taken from the judgment of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, rendered on or about September 9, 2015, and assigning the Office of the Appellate Defender in connection

with that appeal, And defendant having moved for permission to proceed pro se on appeal under Bronx Co. Ind. Nos. 400/12 and 69169C/11, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of directing defendant to serve and file 8 copies of his pro se supplemental brief in response to the Anders/Saunders brief filed by appellate counsel on his behalf for the October 2018 Term, to which Term, the appeal previously perfected (Cal.
