2014 (M-1374), granting defendant leave to prosecute, as a

poor person, the appeal taken from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, rendered on or about October 11, 2013,

and assigning Seymour W. James, Jr., Esq., Legal Aid Society,

as counsel to prosecute the appeal; And defendant having moved to relieve assigned counsel, to assign new counsel on the appeal, and for related relief, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied, without prejudice to defendant, upon receipt of assigned counsel's brief, to seek permission to file a pro se supplemental brief on his appeal.
