G., and to transfer the present appeal from the Appellate Term of the Supreme Court, First Department, to this Court, under New York County Docket No. 2015/NY050127, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent

of amending the aforesaid order of assignment of the Appellate Term, First Department, dated December 29, 2016, to designate
