It is Ordered that the respondent-appellant's motion seeking to enlarge the time to perfect her appeal and obtain new counsel is granted on condition that respondent-appellant: 1) perfect the appeal by the September 2018 term - the filing deadline for which is July 10, 2018; 2) pay landlord accrued use and occupancy through March 2018, in the amount of $9671.42,to the extent not already paid, on or before April 4, 2018, without prejudice; and 3) continue to pay the petitioner-respondent accruing use and occupancy in the amount reserved in the most recent lease agreement, on or before each subsequent rental due date, without prejudice. In all other respects the prior Order of this Court, dated January 2, 2018, remains in full force and effect. In the event of respondent-
appellant's failure to comply with the foregoing conditions, petitioner-landlord may move on five days notice for an order vacating the stay.
