On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 23, 2018, in the above-entitled case is recalled and vacated, and the following decision and order on motion is substituted therefor:
Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay the sale of the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated February 2, 2016, and an order and judgment (one paper), dated July 21, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant's time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until May 29, 2018.
