| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Application by the appellant, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, entered August 25, 2015, in effect, to substitute the Public Administrator of Kings County, as administrator of the estate of Evelyn Walker, for the deceased respondent Evelyn Walker, and to amend the caption accordingly.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, the Public Administrator of Kings County, as administrator of the estate of Evelyn Walker, is substituted for the deceased respondent Evelyn Walker, and the caption is amended accordingly; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until May 30, 2018, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellant's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
