The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Robert Hudson, Appellant.

Motion by Thomas N. Angell, Esq., counsel assigned to represent appellant on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Justice Court of the Town of Amenia, Dutchess County, rendered May 15, 2017, to be relieved of representing appellant on the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion by assigned counsel seeking to be relieved of representing appellant on the appeal is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that Thomas N. Angell, Esq., shall provide appellant with all papers; and it is further,

ORDERED, on the court's own motion that the appeal shall be perfected by May 4, 2018.
