| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated March 8, 2017, for leave to serve and file an oversized reply brief of 11,950 words, and to strike the brief filed by the respondent Harte Placements, Inc., as well as stated portions of the briefs filed by the other respondents on the ground that they refer to matter dehors the record and contain offending statements.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief is granted, the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until April 13, 2018, the reply brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are for leave to serve and file an oversized reply brief of 11,950 words and to strike the brief filed by the respondent Harte Placements, Inc., as well as stated portions of the briefs filed by the other respondents, are denied.
