Motion by the respondents Jean Piedmonte-Lehman and Thomas C. Lehman to strike the brief filed by the respondents Richard T. Wojtlowski and Ricahrd Wojtlowski on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated September 5, 2017, and to preclude the respondents Richard T. Wojtlowski and Ricahrd Wojtlowski from participating in oral argument of the appeal.
