Motion by the petitioner to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR Article 78 which was transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated June 12, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted the petitioner's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged, and the reply brief submitted to the Clerk of the Court is accepted for filing and deemed timely served.
