Motion by Andre Audige to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 5, 2016, which denied his motion, inter alia, for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated November 10, 2015, and dismissed the appeal, to recall and vacate so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 5, 2017, entitled "in the Matter of Dismissal of Causes for Failure to Perfect," as dismissed an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 23, 2016, and to reinstate the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
