Motion by the appellants to stay the foreclosure sale of the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered October 28, 2016, and May 3, 2017, respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the foreclosure sale of the subject premises, located at 53 Angevine Avenue, Hempstead, New York 11550, is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
