Application by Diane E. Moir, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on June 6, 2012, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Diane E. DiBlasio.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Diane E. Moir to Diane E. DiBlasio, effective immediately.
