Application to be relieved as attorney for the child.
Upon the papers filed in support of the
application, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that Lucy Gold, Esq., is relieved of appointment as
attorney for the child and Carman M. Garufi, Esq., 68 Oak Street, 2nd Floor, Binghamton, NY 13905, is appointed in her place and stead
pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120 (b); and it is further
ORDERED that the child be made available to the attorney for the
child as he may direct and it is further
ORDERED that the time to file the attorney for the child brief extended to May 18, 2018.
