Application to be relieved as attorney for the children.
Upon the papers filed in support of the
application, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that Mark Kassner, Esq., is relieved of appointment
as attorney for the children and Karen R. Crandall, Esq., 133 Saratoga Road, Sutie 7, Glenville, NY 12305, is appointed in his place and stead
pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120 (b); and it is further
ORDERED that the children be made available to the attorney for the
child as she may direct.
