Motion by the respondent, in effect, to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 22, 2017, and to deem the respondent's brief filed under Appellate Division Docket No. 2017-06376 on January 23, 2018, to be filed under Appellate Division Docket No. 2017-03187.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the respondent's brief filed under Appellate Division Docket No. 2017-06376 on January 23, 2018, is deemed to be filed under Appellate Division Docket No. 2017-03187; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until April 23, 2018, and the reply brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
