Motion by the appellant, inter alia, in effect, to stay enforcement of so much of an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated March 1, 2017, as directed him to pay counsel fees in the sum of $10,556.88, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the order.

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
