Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of certain visitation provisions of a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, entered July 3, 2017, and to direct that he have visitation in accordance with a certain order dated September 24, 2014, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the judgment.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
