Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that Taffee W. may serve and file a replacement brief on or before April 30, 2018, and the motion is otherwise denied; it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the petitioner-appellant-respondent's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until May 15, 2018, and the reply brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
