ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 17, 2017, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated May 3, 2016, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the date "July 31, 2017," and substituting therefor the date "May 3, 2016."
