Motion by respondent to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered May 4, 2016, for failure to perfect. By decision and order on motion of this court dated December 4, 2017, respondent was directed to perfect the appeal by March 2, 2018.
