Ryerson Plaza, L.P., Respondent, v Eric Bishop, Also Known as Eric Fischer, Appellant.

Motion by appellant to be restored to possession of the subject premises pending the determination of an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered February 28, 2018, and, in effect, for a stay of enforcement of a final judgment of that court, entered April 19, 2017, pending the determination of the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
