Motion by the respondent City of New York to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated November 18, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the time of the respondent City of New York to serve and file a brief is enlarged until May 11, 2018, and the brief of the respondent City of New York shall be served and filed on or before that date.
