On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision, order and certificate of this Court dated January 10, 2017, and the decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 20, 2018, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal, by permission, from an order of the County Court, Nassau County, dated July 26, 2016, are amended by correcting the caption as set forth above; and it is further,
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 20, 2018, is further amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the word "judgment" and substituting therefor the word "order."
