An Article 78 proceeding having been transferred to this Court, pursuant to CPLR 7804(g), by order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about May 12, 2011, to review a determination of respondents, and said proceeding having been perfected, And respondents having moved for an order directing petitioners to file a corrected record and adjourning the proceeding, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of
directing the parties to consult and reach an agreement on the documents missing from the record filed by petitioners. Upon such agreement or stipulation, petitioners are directed to file a
supplemental record consisting of the documents so identified, within 20 days of this order. The proceeding is adjourned to
