Baer, Esq., having moved to withdraw as counsel, and to withdraw petitioner-appellant's appeal taken from said Family Court order. Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the appeal is withdrawn, and counsel is granted leave to withdraw as counsel.
