Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Jarrod W. Smith, Esq. dated February 21, 2018, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, the affirmation of Lisa E. Fleischmann, Esq. dated March 1, 2018, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks summary reversal relief is denied without prejudice to renew any such arguments in support of or in opposition to this aspect of the motion in the briefs filed by the parties, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to perfect the appeal is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered November 28, 2017 is hereby amended by striking therefrom the date February 26, 2018 and inserting in place thereof the date July 5, 2018.
