Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of John A. Cirando, Esq. sworn to February 20, 2018, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks the vacatur of the dismissal is granted on the condition that the appeal is perfected on or before July 9, 2018, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion is otherwise dismissed.
